John Boruff founded Palomar Property Management (now Palomar Property Services) in the Fall of 2008. Prior to founding Palomar Property Management, John ran successful businesses within the automotive parts and repair industry, owning and operating multiple locations in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Additionally, John has served as a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Carlsbad, volunteered as Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, served on the building committee for his church, and in 2012 ran for U.S. Senate.
John has consistently shown an unparalleled work ethic, which has earned him respect amongst both regional and local realtors, and within the automotive industry (where his name is still well known). Throughout his professional career, honesty, and integrity have been the building blocks of John’s businesses, which have resulted in one of the premier property management companies in California.
In 2018, John opened Palomar Property Services (PPS), which was the natural evolution of the successful Palomar Property Management Company John began in 1985.
